General Manager – Taco Cabana
Location:Various locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex
Salary:$51,000–$60,000 per year

Position Overview
As a General Manager at Taco Cabana, you will lead daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, financial performance, and a positive work environment. Your leadership will drive the success of the restaurant, aligning with company goals and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations during shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth and accountability
  • Address guest concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
  • Handle payroll, inventory management, and other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2–3 years in quick-service restaurant management
  • Strong understanding of Profit & Loss statements and cost controls
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
