Job Description:

$82,000 / year + bonus potential

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest service. This includes managing all areas of full service and/or quick service operations within the airport, such as training staff, delivering hospitality, controlling food and labor costs, and ensuring sanitation and safety standards are met.

Essential Functions:

• Ensuring outstanding guest service by maintaining high standards and product knowledge.
• Handling guest complaints and comments to improve service.
• Planning and assigning daily goals and tasks to staff.
• Driving management and staff in product introductions and promotions, and providing training.
• Controlling financials, personnel, facilities, marketing, and operations.
• Communicating policies effectively and ensuring follow-up.
• Monitoring sales performance and analyzing reports.
• Working under pressure and exercising sound judgment.
• Training staff on systems, tools, and processes to enhance guest loyalty and profitability.
• Identifying operational problems and implementing solutions.
• Adhering to policies and health standards.
• Managing business transactions and records.
