Salary: $82,000 / year + bonus potential
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest service standards. This role involves managing all aspects of full service and/or quick service operations within the airport, including staff training and retention, delivering excellent hospitality, controlling food and labor costs, sharing P&L responsibilities, managing shifts, ensuring sanitation, safety, and cleanliness, all while adhering to company policies and procedures.
