Job summary

SSP America is hiring a Restaurant General Manager at San Jose Mineta International Airport to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant with bar operations.

You will oversee cost control, scheduling, hiring, training, and guest experience, while coordinating with airport leadership to drive forecasting, budgeting and business planning. This role offers quarterly and year-end bonuses and a clear path for leadership growth across the network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Full-Service Restaurant with bar General Manager level experience.
• Strong financial and operational skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume, multi-priority environments.
• Experience leading diverse teams.
