Responsibilities:

  • Develop and achieve store business goals across five key result areas: food, service, cleanliness standards, sales, profit, and people management
  • Lead and motivate the store team, ensuring high morale and engagement
  • Ensure store operations adhere to company standards and legal requirements; perform financial analysis and business planning

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in quick-service or fast-food restaurants, responsible for key result areas
  • Full knowledge of PNL and store financials, quality standards
  • High energy, flexibility in work schedules including holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, adaptable
  • Proficient in MS Office
