• Annual compensation $55,000 - $75,000 based on experience.

Role and Responsibilities

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for delivering pleasurable dining experiences by ensuring operational standards are maintained. You will oversee restaurant financial results, guest service, and food quality, while providing opportunities for team success.

Requirements

• Leadership and guidance skills for Kitchen Managers, Hospitality Managers, and Certified Assistant Managers.
• Management experience.
• 1-2 years in the food service industry, preferably in supervisory roles within casual dining, quick service, or institutional food settings with diversified menus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in culinary, hospitality, or business is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
