You will oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, drive service standards, and coach a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences daily.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience, including general manager roles in upscale casual or fine dining.
• Strong background in cost control, budgeting, and P&L management.
• Demonstrated success building guest loyalty through active floor presence.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and retain high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of hospitality standards and dining room operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, floor-driven leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming presence in the dining room and primary ambassador of the restaurant’s standards and culture.
