Job summary

KF is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for one of its KFC franchise locations in Pennsylvania. You will own the restaurant’s performance metrics and lead the team to achieve sales, quality, and service goals.

You will mentor staff, train onboarding, and coach for a positive guest experience, while collaborating with Area Leaders to move the business forward and maintain brand standards. The role requires a hands-on leader who inspires high standards in customer service, cleanliness, and food
