Job Description

Pilot Flying J is seeking highly-skilled, experienced Restaurant General Managers to run our high-volume, quick service restaurants. Applicants must be willing to relocate. Our General Managers are responsible for the financial and operational performance of the restaurant and tasks such as:

• Ensuring excellent hospitality and guest service
• Creating a positive work environment for team members
• Implementing Human Resource decisions
• Performing P&L analysis
• Controlling inventory

Pay Rates starting between $65,500.00 - $77,968.80 per year, plus short-term monthly incentives.

Qualifications

Candidates should have excellent team leadership and customer service skills, exemplify integrity and accountability, and meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
• Proficiency in managing high-volume retail with P&L accountability
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
