We’re seeking an experienced, guest-focused General Manager to lead operations at a distinctive restaurant in Manhattan (West Village) that brings modern elegance to a menu that reflects bold and soulful flavors. Located in the heart of New York City, this vibrant dining destination blends cultural authenticity with design-forward interiors, warm hospitality, and a thoughtfully curated wine and beverage program.

As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind day-to-day operations, team leadership, and exceptional guest experiences. You’ll collaborate with ownership and the culinary team to uphold high standards of service, profitability, and brand integrity while fostering a positive, professional culture.

COMPENSATION: Base Salary up to $120,000 + bonus potential, Stipend/Allowance for benefits and lots of room for growth!

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including service execution, team scheduling, and floor management
• Lead, coach, and develop a passionate FOH team focused on excellence and hospitality
• Ensure seamless coordination with the BOH to deliver a consistently high-quality dining experience
• Manage financials including budgets, labor costs, inventory, and P&L performance
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements
• Represent the brand with pride and contribute to a culture of warmth, respect, and accountability

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-end or upscale casual restaurant
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing strong, service-driven teams
• A genuine passion for hospitality, guest experience, and team culture
• Strong financial acumen and operational experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Knowledge or appreciation of global cuisines is a plus
