Manage a Taco Bell franchise location, overseeing daily operations, staff, and customer satisfaction.

Department/Supervisor: Area Coach/ District Office

Job Scope:

  1. Manage a restaurant within company policies to ensure customer satisfaction and profit maximization.
  2. Take full operational and financial responsibility for the unit.
  3. Perform hands-on work to train employees, address customer needs, and role model appropriate behaviors.
  4. Provide leadership, motivate, coach, and train the team for operational excellence.
  5. Work approximately 50 hours per week, including peak periods.
  6. Manage a restaurant with a revenue of $500k - $3.0m and daily transactions of 500-800.

Positions Supervised: Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members

Job Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or higher preferred.
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility.
  • Basic business math and accounting skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Basic computer literacy.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and administrative functions.
  • Manage 4-8 Assistants and Shift Leaders.
  • Ensure safety and health compliance and maintain a safe environment.
  • Control Profit & Loss, grow sales, and manage financial procedures.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate team members.
  • Maintain equipment and facilities through preventative maintenance.
  • Ensure food quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Execute marketing programs effectively.
