Restaurant General Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

The perfect Restaurant General Manager at Qdoba is a confident decision-maker with proven experience in guest/customer service, employee management, business and financial management, and people motivation. They are an excellent communicator—both in writing and verbally. Your responsibilities will include:

5. Training, monitoring, and reinforcing food safety procedures

10. Maximizing store sales versus budget, including marketing participation

QUALIFICATIONS

Legal Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old to comply with state and federal laws.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: 5+ years in QSR with 2+ years in leadership roles.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Excellent prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Effective communication skills. Highly motivated, organized, and ethical. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, recruit, hire, coach, train, and motivate employees. Must have a valid driver’s license.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift equipment and cases weighing approximately 10-50 lbs. Clear speech and hearing are required. Must operate a computer or tablet.
