Job Description

Pilot Flying J is seeking highly-skilled, experienced Restaurant General Managers to run our high-volume, quick service restaurants. Applicants must be willing to relocate.

Our General Managers are accountable for the financial and operational performance of the restaurant and are responsible for:

1. Ensuring excellent hospitality and guest service
2. Creating a positive work environment for team members
3. Implementing Human Resource decisions
4. Performing P&L analysis
5. Controlling inventory

Pay Rates Starting between: $43,888.00 - $59,050.00 / year

Qualifications

As a Restaurant General Manager, you must have excellent team leadership and customer service skills, along with integrity and accountability at the managerial level.

Additional requirements include:

1. Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
2. Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
3. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays
