Job Description

Pilot Flying J is seeking highly skilled, experienced Restaurant General Managers to oversee our high-volume, quick-service restaurants. Applicants must be willing to relocate.

The General Manager is responsible for the financial and operational performance of the restaurant and will:

• Ensure excellent hospitality and guest service
• Create a positive work environment for team members
• Implement Human Resources decisions
• Perform P&L analysis
• Control inventory

Pay Rate: Starting between $55,600 and $80,675 per year

Qualifications

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong team leadership and customer service skills, along with integrity and accountability at the managerial level.

Additional requirements include:

• Minimum 2-3 years management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industries with responsibility for financial results
• Proficiency in managing high-volume retail operations with P&L accountability
• Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
