Job Description

Pilot Flying J is seeking highly-skilled, experienced Restaurant General Managers to run our high-volume, quick service restaurants. Applicants must be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring excellent hospitality and guest service
• Creating a positive work environment for team members
• Implementing Human Resource decisions
• Performing P&L analysis
• Controlling inventory

Pay Rates Starting between: $55,600.00 - $80,675.00 / year

Qualifications

Excellent team leadership and customer service skills are essential. Candidates should exemplify integrity and accountability at the managerial level.

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industries with responsibility for financial results
• Proficiency in managing high-volume retail environments with P&L accountability
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
