Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner at Vibe Restaurants

Purpose of the Role:

The Wingstop General Manager provides strategic and tactical leadership for their restaurant. This manager must maintain operations and drive results in his/her restaurant through people development, sales, and profit growth. The General Manager hires, trains, and develops team members aligned with the Wingstop mission to Serve the World Flavor. They must convey the Wingstop culture to their crew and be a creative team player passionate about hard work, having fun, and demonstrating sincere dedication to the brand's success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. People Management: Responsible for staffing, ensuring a safe environment, onboarding, performance management, and creating a positive culture. Make final hiring and separation decisions, create schedules considering sales, availability, and costs, and foster respect, recognition, and rewards.
  2. Operations Management: Maintain operational standards, oversee maintenance, ensure communication across the organization, coach and develop team members, and ensure risk management compliance.

Additional Info:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
  • Stand/walk for up to 10 hours/day.
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred.
  • Must be 18+, proficient in Microsoft Office, with 5+ years of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurants.
  • Financial analysis skills, knowledge of labor laws, strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible to work 50-60 hours/week including weekends and holidays.
  • Passionate about hospitality and guest service, with problem-solving and goal-setting abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $62,000 per year
