We seek a candidate eager to manage their own store, reporting directly to the Director of Operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a General Manager in upscale casual to fine dining restaurants.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations.
- Drive patron engagement through marketing, advertising, and community relations initiatives; adapt to market demands.
- Develop and enforce policies and SOPs; improve production, productivity, quality, and service standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring food, beverage, and service quality; foster relationships with key patrons.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to sanitation standards and legal regulations; ensure security measures are in place.
- Achieve company goals by taking ownership of responsibilities and seeking opportunities to add value.

Compensation Package:
- Discretionary bonus eligibility.
