The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald's customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. • Proficiency in store operations, including knowledge of all stations, and the ability to successfully train others

Wages And Benefits

Health Care: ACA Compliant with employees eligible after one

Wages: $22.50 and up based on experience and availability

Previous Leadership Experience Is Required, Ideally Within a

restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team

players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work

the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older

to be a manager in our restaurants.
