POSITION SUMMARY:

The perfect Restaurant General Manager at Qdoba is a confident decision-maker who has a proven track record and experience in guest/customer service, employee management, business and financial management, and people motivation. He or she is an excellent communicator—both in writing and verbally. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Focusing on your people by creating a culture of high employee retention and full staffing

3. Interviewing and hiring team members

5. Training, monitoring, and reinforcing food safety procedures
6. Building sales through delicious food, hospitality, and cleanliness

8. Ensuring continual improvement of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
9. Leading your business effectively
10. Maximizing store sales versus budget, including marketing participation
11. Overseeing and partnering on increasing catering sales

QUALIFICATIONS

To remain compliant with laws, you must be at least 18 years old.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: 5+ years in QSR with 2+ years in leadership

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Excellent prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills; effective communication; motivated and organized; demonstrates integrity; able to work in a fast-paced environment; capable of recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and motivating employees; valid driver’s license required.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift equipment and cases weighing 10-50 lbs; clear speaking and hearing; operate a computer or tablet.
