Piada Italian Street Food in Columbus, OH is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant team and ensure an outstanding guest experience. The role focuses on staffing, training, scheduling, and managing labor and costs to support the restaurant’s financial performance.
You will uphold safety and sanitation standards, maintain quality, and mentor chefs and supervisors to build a pipeline of future leaders. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring clear communication and ownership.

The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant and your employees. In this position you will be responsible to ensure every Guest receives an incredible experience, the restaurant is running smoothly by being properly staffed and trained with a great team, and ensuring the overall success of the restaurant’s financials by managing all labor, costs of goods, scheduling, and restaurant maintenance.
