Piada Group in Minnesota seeks a Senior Chef poised to become a Piada Partner. You will learn the full Partner responsibilities and run the restaurant under guidance from the Partner.

You will shape the food, feel, and flow of the operation, leading the restaurant leadership team and mentoring chefs toward future leadership roles. You will oversee margins, ensure guest satisfaction through thoughtful cooking, and uphold safety, sanitation, and quality standards while managing daily checklists

Responsibilities

• Manage food ordering and labor scheduling as needed
• Interview applicants and identify future talent

The Senior Chef is a position for those preparing to be future Piada Partners in our organization. In this role you will learn the overall responsibilities of a Piada Partner and run the overall restaurant under the guidance of the Partner. The Sr. Chef is also responsible for the food, feel, and flow of the restaurant.
