Job summary

Piada Italian Street Food in Columbus is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant and its team to deliver an exceptional guest experience while guiding daily operations and financial performance.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, optimize labor and cost of goods, ensure safety and quality, and implement processes to sustain growth and brand standards in a fast casual setting.

At Piada Italian Street food we are passionate about food and hospitality. A leader in the fast casual movement, Piada combines fresh, modern Italian cuisine, in a delicious made to order format featuring tossed pastas, fresh chopped salads and hand rolled Piadas.

The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant and your employees. In this position you will be responsible to ensure every Guest receives an incredible experience, the restaurant is running smoothly by being properly staffed and trained with a great team, and ensuring the overall success of the restaurant’s financials by managing all labor, costs of goods, scheduling, and restaurant maintenance.

What You’ll Do:

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must have the ability to work with assorted kitchen equipment and utensils
• Able to work in hot or cold temperatures
• Able to clearly hear and communicate in a kitchen environment
• Must be ability to clearly speak and articulate
• Must have the ability to lean, bend, and reach as necessary
