Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead store operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage a high-performing team. The role emphasizes strong leadership, daily operations, and adherence to food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of restaurant or retail management experience (QSR experience a plus!)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
