Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a store team, motivate staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You’ll manage daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and cash handling while upholding food safety and brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of restaurant or retail management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a hands-on, positive attitude. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
