Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Restaurant Manager to be the heartbeat of the store, leading a high-performing team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and manage daily operations with energy and initiative.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years' restaurant or retail management experience, strong leadership and communication, a hands-on, customer-service mindset, and flexibility for weekends and holidays. This role is with a franchisee of Dunkin' Donuts, offering growth within a beloved brand.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
