Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a busy store, ensuring excellent guest experiences while driving sales and team engagement. You will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, scheduling, and cash handling, and uphold food safety and brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of management in fast-paced settings, strong leadership and communication, and a customer-focused, flexible approach, including weekend and holiday shifts.
