Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats in Charlotte, NC is seeking a General Manager to lead with passion and purpose. You’ll manage day-to-day restaurant operations, drive guest experiences, and mentor a strong team under Thrive Restaurant Group’s culture.

As the flavor captain, you’ll own the P&L, budgeting, scheduling, and safety standards while building community connections and delivering excellent service across all shifts. This role is on-site at our Charlotte location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in restaurant management (fast casual or full service preferred).
• Proven ability to hire, train & develop a high-performing team.
• Budgeting, inventory, scheduling and operations management.
