Pay: $59k-$71k/yr with up to 25% Monthly Bonus Potential
Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversees all daily store operations, ensuring goals for development, food quality, safety, speed, and labor are consistently achieved.
- Delivers consistent operations, guest satisfaction, and achievement of company standards
- Identifies emerging leaders, creates personalized development plans for their career growth, and offers constructive feedback to support individual and Team development.
- Works closely with District Manager to align on team development, operational goals, and district-level objectives.
- Provides exceptional guest experience with both walk-up and drive-thru orders
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- 5+ years of management in the restaurant or an equivalent industry, with at least 2 years as a General Manager
- Fast-food, QSR, or drive-thru experience preferred
- Proven track record of achieving results through collaborative leadership and a strong commitment to team success
- Strong sense of urgency and excels in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Previous manager training experience, New Store Opening experience a plus
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed
