Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of front-of-the-house operations and/or assistant management experience.
• Excellent basic math skills and cash handling aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, organizing, training and leadership to meet sales, guest service and quality goals.
• Ensure guests receive welcome, friendly and courteous service at all times.
• Maintain food quality, portioning, cooking and plating according to recipes and standards.
• Schedule labor to match activity while meeting labor cost objectives.
• Maintain Serve Safe Certification and comply with health regulations.
