Greater Foods Group is seeking a Restaurant Facilities Technician who can ensure our McDonald's stores stay clean and in good repair to support a positive guest and employee experience. You will execute preventive maintenance, assist with HVAC basics, plumbing, fryer system care, and basic repairs.

You may cross-train to support the Restaurant Leader or Area Facilities Team as needed, within one location. This role requires standing for long periods, working in hot or cold environments, and

Qualifications

• At least 2 Years' experience in a facilities or maintenance technician role in retail, hospitality, or restaurant setting.
• Ability to work in hot or cold environments, stand for long periods, and use light to moderate tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance planning and prioritize issues at the restaurant.
• Maintain cooking equipment, troubleshoot and perform basic to intermediate repairs.
• Perform basic HVAC tasks, such as changing air filters and belts, and monitor system cleanliness.
• Carry out basic plumbing tasks including caulking and sealing.
• Keep fryer systems clean and well maintained, including oil filtration.
