Job summary
AJ Foods Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold restaurant equipment and building integrity across McDonald’s locations. You will perform preventive maintenance on fryers, grills, HVAC, and roof systems, troubleshoot failures, and complete documentation in MaintainX CMMS. Strong safety discipline per OSHA protocols is required.
The role involves full-time hours, with rotating shifts and Saturday work, ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency, and facility upkeep.
Qualifications
- Experience performing preventive maintenance on high-impact restaurant equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
- Basic electrical and plumbing repairs as needed, with OSHA-safety adherence.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled PM on fryers, grills, shake machines, HVAC, and exhaust.
- Diagnose malfunctions and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
- Maintain building structures and perform basic maintenance tasks as required.
- Document work in CMMS and generate maintenance reports on time.
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Clock in/out at the dedicated store and follow scheduling and overtime rules.
