McDonald’s Restaurants Limited seeks a Maintenance Team Member to support cleanliness and equipment upkeep across the restaurant. The role focuses on interior and exterior care, ensuring a safe, welcoming dining area for guests.

As part of an independent franchisee, you will follow established procedures and receive tools and training to perform daily tasks such as filtering fryers, cleaning common areas, and assisting with deliveries.

Qualifications

• Maintenance person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unloading delivery truck 2 times a week
• Taking out trash
• Changing light bulbs
• Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
