Job summary

McDonald's maintains a maintenance position at a franchise restaurant. This role supports management in keeping the interior and exterior clean, and maintains restaurant equipment and facilities to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will be responsible for cleaning tasks, equipment upkeep, and handling routine grounds and facility maintenance to support a positive guest experience and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in maintaining interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness
• Maintain restaurant equipment and stock rooms
• Clean equipment, windows, and restrooms
• Unload delivery trucks twice a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs and maintain HVAC/exhaust units
