Job summary

Burger King Corporation in Florida is seeking an Infrastructure Maintenance Leader to oversee facility and equipment maintenance across our restaurant network. You will lead a maintenance team, manage work orders, and ensure safety and efficiency in kitchens, dining areas, and utility systems.

You will train and support staff, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and food-service regulations while maintaining clean, reliable restaurant environments.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in maintenance or facility management.
• Strong technical knowledge of kitchen equipment, electrical, and utility systems.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills with a hands-on approach.
• Degree or certification in facility management, engineering, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support the maintenance team for multiple restaurant locations
• Manage work orders, repairs, and preventative maintenance for kitchen equipment, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Monitor budgets and control maintenance costs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food-service regulations
• Oversee the upkeep of dining rooms, kitchens, and building systems
