Job summary

Chick-fil-A Beaufort is seeking a Facilities Manager to uphold cleanliness, functionality, safety, and the overall appearance of the restaurant’s building, equipment and grounds. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, detailed cleaning, and timely repairs, with coordination of outside service providers to ensure standards of excellence.

The manager will guard guest and Team Member safety while maintaining Chick-fil-A’s operational excellence, and will collaborate with leadership to schedule

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance, property management, restaurant operations or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and relationship-building with internal teams and outside vendors.
• Comfortable coordinating with outside contractors and service providers.
• Proactive, dependable, and committed to completing work with excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for the restaurant's building, equipment, and grounds.
• Own and execute the restaurant's monthly deep-cleaning and facility cleaning schedule.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for identifying, evaluating, and addressing facility maintenance issues.
• Regularly inspect the exterior, parking lot, landscaping, and guest areas for safety and appearance.
• Provide regular updates to restaurant leadership regarding completed work and upcoming maintenance needs.
