Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and operations of two restaurant facilities in Ohio. You will lead a team, coordinate repairs, and ensure safety and cleanliness.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, vendor management, preventive programs, and availability for on-call emergencies; occasional power washing and snow removal; two-store coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in facilities management or related field.
• Strong problem solving, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work weekends and travel between two stores.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility maintenance including PM, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, HVAC.
• Perform inspections and address hazards.
• Manage vendors, contracts, and invoices.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies during on-call hours.
• Seasonal tasks such as power washing and snow removal.
• Work across two stores.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of facility maintenance and repairs including Project Management, Plumbing, Refrigeration, Electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting
• Perform regular inspections to identify any issues or potential hazards and act on any potential issues
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts as well as manage invoices
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
• On-call hours to respond to maintenance emergencies
• Seasonal work such as power washing and snow removal
• Ability to work between two stores

Job Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent

Preferred Skills:

• Skill in electrical and mechanical work
• Knowledge of pressure fryers, grills, and dishwasher repair
• 1-3 years of previous Repair and Maintenance work
