Job summary

Colliers is seeking a skilled field service professional to support Chick-fil-A restaurants by maintaining and repairing commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC systems on site across a defined local market.

You’ll engage OEMs, suppliers, and the Chick-fil-A Technical Assistance Team, document work orders, and manage stock while traveling as needed. The role requires hands-on trade expertise and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related trade experience or equivalent.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid state driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, install, and remove commercial kitchen equipment.
• Service cooking equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC systems.
• Respond to Operator service requests within SLAs.
• Collaborate with manufacturers for diagnosis and parts identification.
• Engage with Chick-fil-A Technical Assistance Team onsite.
