Job summary

Colliers is hiring a Restaurant Planned Maintenance Technician to provide preventative maintenance for Chick-fil-A restaurant partners in the region. You will service commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration, HVAC systems, and base building services, ensuring compliance with performance standards.

Travel across the local market is required, with some overnight stays for training. The role emphasizes diagnosing issues, completing work orders, and maintaining a safe, organized service vehicle

Qualifications

Technical trade school or applicable hands-on experience.
HVAC systems, electrical, or mechanical repair experience.
Experience with kitchen equipment service or facilities management.
Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
Ability to read diagrams and schematics.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment and HVAC systems.
Diagnose issues, verify problems, and implement corrective actions.
Complete work orders, time reporting, and inventory management.
