Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Restaurant Maintenance Technician to provide preventative and reactive maintenance for Chick-fil-A restaurants in a defined local market. You will diagnose and repair kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and building systems to meet performance standards.

The role requires 5+ years of trade experience with HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems, plus EPA Universal Certification. You will travel within the local market, use OEM training, and maintain service records and

Qualifications

• Technical trade school training or hands-on experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Positive, service-oriented attitude
• Ability to read diagrams and schematics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and mobile service applications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, install, and remove commercial kitchen equipment
• Service commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration systems, and base building HVAC systems
• Respond to Operator service requests within established service level agreements
• Service equipment including HVAC and kitchen equipment from listed brands
• Communicate with manufacturers for diagnosis support and parts identification
• Consult with Chick-fil-A Technical Assistance Team while onsite
• Install ordered parts accurately and professionally
• Complete accurate work orders, time reporting, receipts, and stock inventory
• Maintain an organized service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory
• Support on-call emergency response during non-standard hours
• Follow safe work practices and accident prevention procedures
• Participate in continuous OEM training and certification programs
• Engage with equipment partners, suppliers, and vendors
• Maintain productivity levels in accordance with company standards
