Job summary

Colliers is seeking a skilled field service technician to keep Chick-fil-A kitchens and building systems running smoothly in the Jackson area. You’ll diagnose, repair, install, and service commercial kitchen equipment, with strong OEM and supplier support, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role involves 100% local travel within a defined territory and occasional overnight travel for onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on field experience in related trades.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and remove commercial kitchen equipment with precision and care.
• Service commercial cooking equipment, sealed refrigeration systems, and base building HVAC systems.
• Respond to Operator requests within SLA to minimize downtime and protect food safety.
