Job summary

Skyview Los Alamos seeks a Restaurant and Events Manager to oversee front-of-house and bar operations, including the restaurant, pool area, and in-room dining. You’ll ensure brand standards across food & beverage and guest experience.

You will lead FOH staff training, manage events, and coordinate contracts and group room blocks with the Chef and General Manager to meet labor and beverage costs while driving profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management and food & beverage operations required.
• Experience in events management, group sales, or related administrative/sales function preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of Google Suite, Toast, and OpenTable or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all FOH and bar operations, including service, pool area, and in-room dining.
• Lead staff training, scheduling, and performance coaching with the GM.
• Manage recruitment, cost control, and vendor coordination for events.
• Negotiate contracts for weddings, meetings, and group events with profitability targets.
• Coordinate event marketing materials and provide regular reports to leadership.
