Job summary

Skyview Los Alamos is seeking a Restaurant and Events Manager to oversee FOH and bar operations across the restaurant, pool area, and in-room dining. You will lead hiring, training, and ongoing staff development, while partnering with the Executive Chef and GM to meet labor and beverage cost goals.

You will own all events and group sales, negotiate contracts, coordinate group room blocks and food & beverage packages, and ensure events are successful and profitable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management and F&B operations.
• Experience in events management, group sales, or related administrative functions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to multitask and adapt to change.
• Knowledge of Google Suite and ability to master Toast/OpenTable systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front-of-house and bar operations, including restaurant, pool area, and in-room dining.
• Lead training, scheduling, and development of FOH staff; manage labor and beverage cost goals.
• Own events and group sales: respond to inquiries, negotiate contracts, coordinate group room blocks with packages.
• Coordinate with Chef and GM to ensure profitability and brand standards; manage vendor relationships for events.
