Job summary

Skyview Los Alamos is seeking a server to deliver exceptional guest experiences in both dining and pool areas. You will describe menu items, check dietary needs, and ensure timely service while upholding brand standards.

You must be 18+, hold an RBS certificate or obtain one within 60 days, and have a Food Handler Card within 30 days. The role requires reliability, punctuality, and a flexible schedule in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous applicable server experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age per California law for alcohol service.
• RBS certification or ability to obtain within 60 days; Skyview Los Alamos covers the expense.
• Food Handler Card or ability to obtain within 30 days; Skyview Los Alamos covers the expense.

Responsibilities

• Shows up for work on-time in uniform with all tools.
• Accurately describes menu items, drinks, and wine for guest satisfaction.
• Describes dishes, including allergies and dietary restrictions.
• Accommodates special requests; checks feasibility with kitchen.
• Runs food and serves menu items promptly and courteously.
• Maintains table appearance and pool area cleanliness and organization.
• Enters orders into POS accurately; processes payments and makes change.
• Restocks and replenishes inventory and supplies as needed.
