Aprio is seeking an Accounting and Implementation Manager to lead platform implementations for restaurant, franchise, and hospitality clients, aligning accounting and operations with technology.

You will manage end-to-end implementations across R365, QBO, and Sage Intacct, guiding data readiness, testing, and go-live activities while coaching teams on best practices. A strong accounting background and multi-client experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting restaurant, franchise, hospitality, multi-entity, or multi-location businesses.
• Background in outsourced accounting, CAS, public accounting, or another multi-client professional-services environment.
• Hands-on experience with Restaurant365 (R365), QuickBooks Online (QBO), Sage Intacct, or comparable platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead implementations and re-implementations across restaurant, franchise, and hospitality platforms from discovery through configuration, testing, cutover, and stabilization.
• Translate accounting and operational needs into practical plans, system designs, and success criteria.
• Own accounting and financial reporting for assigned clients, lead month-end and year-end close, and prepare workpapers with audit trail.
• Build and govern inventory items, categories, locations, costing methods, and labor scheduling configurations.
• Coordinate integrations across platforms and develop reporting structures and dashboards for clients.
• Deliver role-based training and post-go-live support to ensure long-term platform adoption.
