Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of facility or equipment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and follow technical instructions.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on restaurant equipment (fryers, broilers, HVAC, refrigeration, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from leadership.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and accurate maintenance logs.
• Support remodels or equipment installations at multiple locations.
