Job summary

Carrols Corporation, a large Burger King franchise, seeks an Equipment Service Technician to maintain the physical integrity of our restaurants. You will perform repairs, schedule preventive maintenance, and coordinate with the District Manager to minimize downtime.

The role requires independent work, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task under pressure. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required; HVAC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• The candidate must be able to work independently, communicate with management and coworkers, and handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
