Job summary

Carrols Corporation, the largest Burger King franchise, is seeking an experienced Equipment Service Technician to maintain the physical integrity of our restaurants through preventative maintenance and responsive repair. Reporting to the District Manager, you will prioritize repairs, develop maintenance schedules, and work within the R&M budget to minimize downtime and protect guest service.

The ideal candidate has general electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical knowledge, plus HVAC

Qualifications

• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry knowledge required.
• General mechanical knowledge required.
• Food service equipment repair experience is a plus.
• HVAC repair certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs as they occur in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize the impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
