Job summary

Carrols Corporation is the largest Burger King franchise in the United States. We seek an Equipment Service Technician to maintain restaurant equipment through preventive maintenance and prompt repairs across a group of Burger King locations in Indiana.

This role reports to the District Manager and requires independent work, clear communication with management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Qualifications

• The candidate must be able to work independently and communicate effectively with management and coworkers.
• Must be able to perform multiple tasks, adjust to changing assignments, and stay productive under pressure.
• Experience with food service equipment repair is a plus and HVAC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize the impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
