Job summary

Carrols Corporation, the largest Burger King franchise in the United States, seeks an Equipment Service Technician to maintain and repair restaurant equipment across a group of BK locations in Indiana. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to service needs, and work with management to minimize downtime.

Strong general electrical, plumbing and mechanical knowledge is required, with food service equipment repair experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and communicate with management and coworkers.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks, adjust to changing assignments and maintain productivity under pressure.
• Strong mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing and carpentry is required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs as they occur in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize the impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
