Colliers International is seeking a Restaurant Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper functioning of kitchen equipment through both preventative and reactive maintenance. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a strong mechanical aptitude.

This role requires 100% travel within a defined local market and offers competitive compensation including healthcare, paid time off, and a 401(k). Salary is based on experience, ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of related trade experience or equivalent.
• Experience servicing kitchen equipment, facilities, or construction systems.
• Ability to read diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, install, and remove commercial kitchen equipment.
• Service commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration systems.
• Respond to operator service requests within established service level agreements.

Skills

Technical trade school training

Technical hands-on experience

Strong mechanical aptitude

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Education

EPA Universal Certification

Valid state driver’s license
